Shop ALEC

ALEC is an automatic candle snuffer built into a glass candle holder. Place your jar candle inside, light it and set a burn time with the timer on the base. When the countdown reaches 0:00, the lid closes over the glass and puts the flame out. No blowing, no wax spatter, no hunting for a snuffer.

Choose from six finishes (black, silver or white, each in matte or gloss) and two sizes: Small holds jar candles up to 5" wide and 5" tall, and Large is made for taller jars. Every ALEC is rechargeable over USB-C, arrives in a gift box, and is protected by U.S. Patent No. 10,544,938. Not sure which size fits? See the fit guide.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. The timer and lid are a convenience, not a replacement for supervision.
